I woke up today with the attitude that I really didn't want to do anything lol. I mean I think that is my attitude almost everyday but I really didn't want to today. But the more I walked into the kitchen and seeing all those dirty dishes stacked up and trampling over all the laundry piled up in the hallway I kinda figured it may be time to do a once over on the house. Darnit! So I got the bedroom cleaned up, the bathroom cleaned up, put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and washed all the big stuff and put it away, started on laundry.. it's always a process, it never gets done in one day trust me! I plan on vacuuming after I am done writing and finishing the laundry.
We got our baby bedding this past weekend so I figure it's time to start washing it and putting it all on the bed and making it pretty. I will have to wash and iron the curtains. Hopefully we can buy a curtain rod this week and get that finished up. Our blinds ended up breaking this morning, so we will need to go buy another set of those, and then maybe get some of these things crossed off our list.
Well tomorrow night is going to be a busy night, we are re-doing our target registry. I am deleting it tonight and we got a coupon for a $20 gift card if we open a registry inside their store, which we totally will do! I just wrote down everything we need to put on it and we will go zap it all at the store! Yay! We also are going to barnes and noble, Derek wants to get a book for the "expected father" since i've read every book there is to read on being a mom and caring for a newborn he doesn't know what to expect at all. lol. I think it's time for him to get ready for Emily to be here. It won't be long!
Well back to cleaning! I swear I will come up with something interesting to write soon!
